Why a life size vision board?
Years ago, I decided to take control of my health, so I ditched prescription drugs and decided to adopt a whole food plant based diet. I eliminated processed foods, animal products, and FATS, I reversed Type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, anemia, MS symptoms, and crippling migraines—all without meds or medical intervention. I eat a high carb, low fat, low protein diet, with fruit, fruit sugar making up the majority of what I eat. In order to support my eating plan, I maintain an abundance of raw and ripe fruit readily available.
Now, let me tell you about my favorite part: my “Fruit Shelfie”! It’s this lively shelf I keep in my kitchen, it’s always overflowing with vibrant, colorful fruits that fuel my body and sparks joy every time I see it. This isn’t just a pretty shelf—it’s my life size vision board, a constant, joyful reminder to keep savoring those juicy and delicious fruits, a constant reminder to stay on this incredible health journey. Every glance at it cheers me on, showing me how strong and radiant I’ve become and inspiring me to keep fruit as the star of my plate. Years later, I’m still thriving, free from meds and health issues, and living a life that’s oh-so-fruitful and full of joy!

How to Enjoy a Sweet, Fruit Sugar, Fruit-Fueled Diet the Easy Way!
Ready to dive into a yummy, fruit-powered way of eating? It’s super simple and oh-so-delicious! The trick is to eat with the seasons—basically, enjoy whatever fruit is ripe and ready right now. Think juicy oranges in orange season, or big, refreshing watermelons when they’re at their peak. Just load up on what’s fresh and in abundance! No counting calories!
Always go for fresh, raw, ripe fruit whenever you can—it’s the best! But if fresh fruit is tricky to find where you are, no worries—frozen fruit is a great backup.
