Ringing In The New Year: 2026

Beautiful Fruit To Welcome The New Year
I have to admit, ever since I switched to a raw diet of mostly fruit, with some leafy greens and veggies, I really don't miss the foods I used to eat at all.
As a trained French pastry chef, the hardest part was letting go of baking and the wonderful creativity it gave me. I absolutely loved creating delicious cakes and pastries that put the biggest, most beautiful smiles on everyone's faces when they enjoyed them.
These days, I adore fruit so much! Just looking at all those vibrant colors fills me with joy, and I can literally feel the cells in my body dancing with happiness. Nature's little jewels have brought me incredible vibrant health and so much pure delight.
Still, I've missed that hands-on creative spark that comes from making something with my own hands. So, to welcome the New Year, I decided to make my fruit even prettier—I basically started playing with it and seeing what fun creations I could come up with!
Dressing up my fruit like that made the New Year feel extra festive and special. It turned indulging in all that natural goodness and beauty into something even more joyful. Simple, sweet, and oh-so-fruitful—that's how I celebrated the New Year with my pretty fruity treats.
It made my heart so happy to dress up my food just a little, so I could celebrate right along with everyone else. And just like that, I think I've discovered a wonderful new way to be creative with food!
