Skip the Coffee, Energize with Raspberry Lemonade
How did I kick my coffee habit? A sweet and refreshing raspberry -lemonade is to blame.
After deciding to eliminate all animal products and prescription drugs from my life, I also chose to forgo all stimulants, including caffeine, wine, and alcohol. Giving up wine and alcohol was easy, as I never enjoyed the tipsy feeling I experienced even after just one glass. However, abandoning coffee proved more challenging. I associated coffee—and its comforting aroma—with a warm, fuzzy morning hug before tackling a busy day of obligations. Yet, the anxiety each cup induced never sat well with me, so I decided to quit coffee overnight.
I replaced my warm morning coffee hug with a fruit-fueled kiss: a refreshing glass of raspberry lemonade. This new special drink provides a morning boost that not only energizes me but also feels invigorating—perfect for starting the day with joy and motivation!

Fresh Organic Raspberries
Fruit Sugar Love Raspberry Lemonade
1 cup of Organic Raspberries
1 Whole Lemon (peeled, sliced and seeds removed)
1/4 cup of Raw Cane Sugar ( or 4-5 Pitted Dates)
32 oz Distilled Water (or any water you are comfortable drinking)
Blend well, serve and Enjoy!
